One electrified Jeep Brand SUV coming right up. Some hate it. Some love it. But, ready or not, here it comes. The brand is planning to launch five new models in 2025. New, as in, new nameplate, new powertrain, and a completely new way to travel. Welcome to the future of Jeep Brand SUV.

The Future is Now

"The brand is in transition. We need to do something on market preparation and market share because this is not where this brand deserves to be," said Jeep CEO Antonio Filosa. The vehicles will be built with Stellantis' STLA large platform—it will produce all-wheel drive, front-wheel drive, and rear-wheel drive models with gas, electric, and hybrid powertrains. The first two EVs will launch before the end of the year. The first will be the Wagoneer S.

Wagoneer S

It's scheduled to begin production during the second quarter of this year. The Wagoneer S will make claims as the quickest Jeep Brand SUV ever with up to 600 horsepower and a 0-60 of just 3.5 seconds.

Recon EV

The next model up for production will be the Recon EV. It's a four-wheel drive electric SUV with next-generation off-road capability and removable doors.

What About the Current Models?

Since the Jeep Brand SUV is making room for the upcoming EVs, there will be price cuts for several current models. The Jeep Compass and Grand Cherokee will see cuts by as much as $2500. Some trims will cost thousands less than they did at their release earlier this year. So check Key CDJR near Hanover, NH, and see how much you can save on a new Jeep Brand SUV.
